When Great Harvest Bread Company selected us to perform the renovation, we knew it would be no small feat. We were tasked with turning over 3,000 sq ft. of space from the previous bookstore into a modern, open kitchen that could accommodate commercial kitchen equipment and a large, welcoming dining area. The new restaurant also included a Grind Room where staff could grind their own wheat for bread as well as a meeting room for small gatherings.
