Towne Bank wanted to open its first branch in Greenville and approached CBC with the challenge of transforming an old law firm into that location. Towne Bank had a short time frame for their renovation, opening in early February 2019. One of the challenges we ran into during the renovation was a complete retrofit of all finishes as well as updating all the mechanical and electrical components. The renovation included adding a huge executive boardroom, a cherry teller counter in the front entrance, as well as including a waiting room off to the side. We were very impressed with the design Towne Bank provided by Architect HBA and the interior finishes and furniture that was provided by PC&A Business Environments.
